6.2 DESCRIPTIONS OF JOB FUNCTIONS AND SALARIES.
1. Manager: One person and stakeholder.
Wage: $ 1.800.000 + $61.500 for transportation.
Function: To supervise the overall development of the company and its departaments.
Manage the finances of the company. Paying taxes, pyroll, financial states,
budget, importations, accountants, treasury, "cartera", systems.
2. Service Supervisor: One person and stakeholder.
Wage: $ 1.100.000 + $61.500 for transportation.
Function: Human resources. Haring staff, bookstore supervisor: This person has to
overlook the development of the bookstore( book that are missing) and its
interactive park, home delivery service, how well is the reception service and
security both outside the bookstore and inside.
2.1 Bookstore Staff: Four People.
Minimum Wage: $ 515.000 + $61.500 for transportation.
2.2 Reception: One person.
Minimum Wage: $ 515.000+ $ 61.500 for transportation.
2.3 Delivery Service: One person.
Minimum Wage: $515.000 + $61.500 for transportation.
2.4 Security: One person.
Minimum Wage: $ 515.000 + $ 61.500 for transportation.
2.5 Cleaning Service: One person.
Minimum Wage: $ 515.000 + $61.500 for transportation.
3. Comercial Supervisor: One person and stakeholder.
Wage: $ 1.100.000 + $ 61.500 for transportation.
Function: Inventary control, storage, warehouse, making orders, in charge of selling our
products to preschools, advertising our bookstore and products outside
preschools.
